I am the second son of four born of entrepreneur parents, I have worked in various industries, both blue and white collar. I received my bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing at Milligan College. And my Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law.

I founded Franklin Law Offices, PLC in Franklin, Tennessee upon graduating law school. From day one my goal has been to use my experience and training to help others. With over 200 satisfied clients in 2011, there is no reason not to let Brian help you with your legal issues.

I am licensed in the State of Tennessee and Federal Court in the Middle District of Tennessee. I have successfully handled a variety of cases in General Sessions, Circuit and Federal Courts ranging from Driving Without a License and Aggravated Assault to major theft and drug cases. In the immigration arena I have successfully assisted clients in gaining their freedom from immigration custody, obtaining or reducing immigration bonds, obtaining their green cards or citizenship, TPS applications and much more.
