Breaking News: Tennessee Supreme Court Extends Limited In-Person Court Proceedings Until the End of May 2020

The wheels of justice are still spinning, just really slow.

Tennessee courts and clerks offices are still open they are very limited still. The Tennessee Supreme Court ordered courts to continue to limit in-person meetings. Read about it here.

If your loved one is in jail, has a domestic case or a constitutional issue the courts will take up their case. How they proceed will be up to the specific court and judges.

The clerks offices are open and helping everyone figure out when their court dates are. As of yesterday, Williamson County Criminal General Sessions Court, didn't have court dates for defendants and were instructing callers to call back in a week or two to find out when their court date will be.
