Dear Clients, friends and potential new clients,
We are open and here to help you. Here are our thoughts a what we're doing.
I wanted to reach out personally to each of you concerning the recent changes regarding the Tennessee courts and our office in light of the COVID-19 virus response.
The health, well being and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us. Therefore, we will be limiting all in person office hours to a bare minimum. Our attorneys and staff will be working from home as must as possible during this crisis. We will continue to communicate will all of our clients via phone, text and email whenever necessary. We are here and available to serve your needs on every level. Please know that our concern and commitment to each of you remains unchanged. We will continue to fight for your rights, to limit jail and damage to your record.
All Tennessee courts have announced that certain in-person court appearances have been suspended through the end of March. For all existing clients who have pending court dates for the month of March, our office is working diligently to get continuances and will notify you of your new court date as soon as possible. Please be patient as we reach out to court clerks in various counties who will be scrambling to continue court dates all over the state. We WILL contact you as soon as possible when we have your new court date. Please do not contact our office multiple times to follow up.
We are also asking anyone who is sick with respiratory symptoms or if you have recently traveled or been in contact with others who have symptoms to please NOT come to our office. Please conduct all business and payments via phone, text, email or online to protect everyone from the threat of exposure to this serious virus.
Each of you and your cases are important to us. Please watch for our emails, texts and phone calls and we will update each of you as soon as possible.
Thank you for trusting us to serve you,
